1. Sponsor
The Zebra Summer Slide Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wild Zebra, Inc., with a principal place of business at 4311 11th Ave NE, 5th Floor, Seattle, WA 98105 (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on May 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
For purposes of daily entry limits, each “calendar day” begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States, excluding Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia, excluding U.S. territories and possessions and any other jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise not permitted by law, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, whichever is older, and who are the parent or legal guardian of a child in grades 2-9.
Children may not enter the Sweepstakes directly. Entry must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, fulfillment vendors, platform partners, sweepstakes administrators, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, judging, winner selection, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” means spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild, whether biological, adopted, step, in-law, foster, or otherwise. “Household” means people who share the same residence, whether or not related.
The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island, U.S. territories and possessions, outside the eligible jurisdictions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Education Award Option, as defined below, is available to all eligible winners, subject to these Official Rules. The Zebra Option, as defined below, may not be available in all jurisdictions and is subject to additional eligibility, legal, permitting, animal-care, facility, transport, vendor, destination-law, property, zoning, animal-control, and documentation requirements.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter through the entry methods described below.
No purchase, payment, subscription, free trial, payment-card submission, paid Wild Zebra account, or use of Wild Zebra is required to enter, win, or receive the maximum number of entries.
4.1 Base Entry
During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may receive one (1) base entry by visiting:
https://wildzebra.com/zebra-summer-slide-sweepstakes
and completing the official online entry form with all required information, including:
First and last name;
Email address;
State of residence;
Confirmation that entrant is at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in entrant’s state of residence, whichever is older;
Confirmation that entrant is the parent or legal guardian of a child in grades 2-9;
Acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy; and
A short, parent- or guardian-written summer learning goals response, as described below.
The entry form may ask entrant to provide a short response of no more than 500 characters describing one math goal and one reading goal the entrant’s child may work on during the summer (the “Learning Goals Response”). The Learning Goals Response must be completed by the parent or legal guardian entrant and must not include the child’s full name, school name, teacher name, address, email address, phone number, photograph, video, exact birthdate, or any other direct personal identifier of the child.
The Learning Goals Response will not be judged, scored, ranked, or otherwise evaluated for purposes of determining the winner. The Learning Goals Response will not affect odds of winning. Sponsor may delete, redact, disregard, or require correction of any Learning Goals Response that includes child personal information, prohibited content, or information that Sponsor determines is inappropriate for administration of the Sweepstakes.
Base Entry Limit: One (1) base entry per person and per household during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Wild Zebra Activity Bonus Entries
After submitting a base entry, an eligible entrant may receive bonus entries through qualifying Wild Zebra learning activity completed during the Promotion Period (each, an “Activity Bonus Entry”). Activity Bonus Entries must be associated with the same parent/guardian email address or household used for the base entry.
For purposes of the Sweepstakes, a “Qualifying Wild Zebra Learning Interaction” means a completed math or reading question, activity, or instructional interaction that Sponsor identifies in writing before launch as eligible for Activity Bonus Entries and that Sponsor’s system records as completed during the Promotion Period. Sponsor must not add, remove, or materially change qualifying activity categories during the Promotion Period except where necessary to address fraud, technical failure, legal compliance, platform integrity, or campaign integrity.
Each one (1) Qualifying Wild Zebra Learning Interaction equals one (1) Activity Bonus Entry, subject to the daily limit below.
Sponsor may disregard incomplete, duplicate, test, internal, automated, artificially generated, fraudulent, technically invalid, or otherwise improper activity. Sponsor may also disregard activity that is not associated with the same parent/guardian email address or household used for the base entry.
Activity Bonus Entry Limit: An entrant may receive no more than fifty (50) Activity Bonus Entries per person and per household per calendar day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of children, accounts, sessions, subjects, activities, minutes completed, learning interactions completed, devices used, or other Wild Zebra activity completed on that day.
Activity Bonus Entries are optional. A purchase, payment, subscription, free trial requiring a payment card, payment-card submission, or paid Wild Zebra account is not required to receive Activity Bonus Entries. If Wild Zebra access is unavailable, impractical, or not desired, entrants may receive equivalent bonus entries through the Free Bonus Entry Method described below.
4.3 Free Bonus Entry Method
After submitting a base entry, an eligible entrant may receive free bonus entries during the Promotion Period without purchasing, paying, subscribing, starting a free trial, submitting a payment card, creating a paid account, or using Wild Zebra by visiting:
https://wildzebra.com/zebra-summer-slide-sweepstakes-free-entry
and completing the free bonus entry form.
Each valid free bonus entry form submission equals one (1) Free Bonus Entry.
Entrants may submit the free bonus entry form more than fifty (50) times per calendar day; however, only the first fifty (50) valid Free Bonus Entries per person and per household per calendar day will be counted. Any Free Bonus Entry submissions above fifty (50) in a calendar day will not earn additional entries.
Free Bonus Entry Limit: An entrant may receive no more than fifty (50) counted Free Bonus Entries per person and per household per calendar day during the Promotion Period.
Free Bonus Entries and Activity Bonus Entries have equal weight and equal odds in the random drawing. An entrant may not receive more than fifty (50) total counted bonus entries per calendar day, regardless of whether the entrant uses Wild Zebra, submits the free bonus entry form, or both.
4.4 Maximum Entries
The Promotion Period includes one hundred nine (109) calendar days. Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) base entry and up to five thousand four hundred fifty (5,450) bonus entries, for a total maximum of five thousand four hundred fifty-one (5,451) entries per person and per household during the Promotion Period.
Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of counted entries by using multiple or different identities, names, email addresses, households, accounts, registrations, automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any other improper method will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.
Sponsor may disregard duplicate, excessive, automated, incomplete, invalid, unverified, bot-generated, fraudulent, technically invalid, or otherwise improper entries or bonus entry submissions.
All entries must be complete and received during the Promotion Period. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, uncredited, corrupted, or technically defective entries.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, subscription, free trial requiring a payment card, payment-card submission, paid Wild Zebra account, or use of Wild Zebra is required to enter, win, or receive the maximum number of entries. A purchase, payment, subscription, free trial requiring a payment card, payment-card submission, or paid Wild Zebra account will not provide entries or improve odds beyond the entries equally available through the Free Bonus Entry Method.
Wild Zebra learning activity may result in Activity Bonus Entries only as expressly described in these Official Rules. Entrants may receive the same number of bonus entries, with the same odds of winning, through the Free Bonus Entry Method without purchasing, paying, subscribing, starting a free trial, submitting a payment card, creating a paid Wild Zebra account, or using Wild Zebra.
The official entry flow and Free Bonus Entry Method must remain separate from any Wild Zebra paid subscription, payment-card, or paid account-creation flow. Any Wild Zebra trial, subscription, or product-use opportunity presented before or after entry is optional and will not affect an entrant’s ability to receive the same number of entries through the Free Bonus Entry Method.
Sponsor will not charge a purchase price, shipping fee, handling fee, transfer fee, or similar charge as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, being selected as the potential winner, or claiming the Grand Prize.
5A. Wild Zebra Points, Leaderboard, and Recognition
Sponsor may operate one or more Wild Zebra summer learning point displays, leaderboards, streak trackers, progress displays, recognition lists, badges, or similar engagement features during the Promotion Period (collectively, “Leaderboard Features”). Leaderboard Features may display or recognize activity, consistency, learning days, streaks, session completion, subject participation, progress, or other Wild Zebra engagement signals.
Certain Wild Zebra activity displayed through Leaderboard Features may also be used to calculate Activity Bonus Entries, subject to the entry limits in these Official Rules. However, leaderboard rank, leaderboard position, badges, streaks, usage volume, minutes completed, session count, subject count, progress level, recognition status, or any other Leaderboard Feature does not independently determine the Sweepstakes winner.
The Sweepstakes winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received, including base entries, Activity Bonus Entries, and Free Bonus Entries. Activity Bonus Entries and Free Bonus Entries have equal weight and equal odds in the random drawing.
An entrant may receive the same maximum number of bonus entries without using Wild Zebra by using the Free Bonus Entry Method described in these Official Rules. Leaderboard rank is for recognition and motivation only and does not provide additional entries beyond the Activity Bonus Entry limits stated in these Official Rules.
Any public or in-product leaderboard messaging must clearly state, where practical, that the winner is selected by random drawing, that leaderboard rank does not determine the winner, and that an equivalent free bonus entry method is available.
Public or in-product Leaderboard Features will not display a child’s full name, school name, exact age, address, contact information, photograph, video, or other direct personal identifier. Sponsor may use anonymized, abbreviated, parent-approved, or system-generated display names. Sponsor may remove, redact, modify, or suppress leaderboard displays if necessary to protect privacy, safety, legal compliance, animal welfare, platform integrity, or campaign integrity.
6. Prize
One (1) grand prize is available (the “Grand Prize”). The potential winner may elect one of the following prize options, subject to these Official Rules:
Option A: Education Award
A $4,500 cash education award intended to support the winner’s child’s education-related expenses (the “Education Award Option”). Sponsor may fulfill the Education Award Option by payment directly to the verified winner by check, ACH, payment to an eligible education provider, reimbursement, or another lawful payment method determined by Sponsor.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “education-related expenses” may include tuition, tutoring, curriculum, books, educational software, learning programs, test preparation, academic enrichment programs, school supplies, or other education-related expenses approved by Sponsor in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Education-related expenses do not include travel, meals, childcare, entertainment, non-educational electronics, or expenses unrelated to a child’s education unless Sponsor approves otherwise in writing.
Unless Sponsor expressly requires documentation in writing, the Education Award Option may be fulfilled directly to the verified winner and will be treated as a prize for tax-reporting purposes.
Option B: Zebra Option
One zebra with an approximate retail value not to exceed $4,500 (the “Zebra Option”), subject to all legal, animal-care, permitting, facility, transport, vendor, destination-law, property, zoning, animal-control, veterinary, animal-health, and documentation requirements described in these Official Rules and any additional documents required by Sponsor.
Sponsor will pay the approved prize vendor or breeder directly for the qualifying zebra and any approved fulfillment costs included in the Zebra Option, up to a total Sponsor obligation of $4,500. Sponsor will not require the winner to pay Sponsor any purchase price, shipping fee, handling fee, transfer fee, or similar fee as a condition of claiming the Zebra Option.
If the Zebra Option cannot be lawfully, safely, humanely, and practically fulfilled within the $4,500 prize value and without charging the winner a purchase, shipping, handling, transfer, or similar fee to claim the prize, Sponsor may award the Education Award Option instead.
Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $4,500.
The Zebra Option may not be available in all jurisdictions. The Zebra Option will not be fulfilled unless Sponsor, the prize vendor, the transporter, and any required authorities determine that transfer, transport, destination, possession, housing, and ongoing care are lawful, safe, practical, available, and consistent with animal welfare.
Except for the zebra purchase price and any Sponsor-approved fulfillment costs expressly included in the Zebra Option and capped at $4,500 total, all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance, legal qualification, property readiness, permits, licensing, registration, boarding, veterinary services, health certificates, quarantine, fencing, feed, insurance, facility preparation, transport beyond Sponsor-approved costs, and ongoing animal care are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No prize substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize option of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded as described.
7. Zebra Option Conditions
The Zebra Option is conditional. Selection as the potential winner does not guarantee fulfillment of the Zebra Option.
To elect the Zebra Option, the potential winner must satisfy all Zebra Option requirements within thirty (30) calendar days after notification or within another period approved by Sponsor in writing.
The potential winner must provide proof satisfactory to Sponsor that the winner can lawfully receive, possess, house, transport, maintain, and care for the zebra. Sponsor may require documentation from state, county, municipal, wildlife, agriculture, animal-control, zoning, HOA, landlord, property owner, facility operator, veterinary, animal-health, or other authorities or parties. Sponsor may also require documentation from the prize vendor, a veterinarian, animal-care professional, transporter, facility operator, or other relevant party.
Sponsor and the prize vendor reserve the right to decline Zebra Option fulfillment if they determine, in their sole reasonable discretion, that transfer would be unlawful, unsafe, impractical, unavailable, inconsistent with animal welfare, likely to create unreasonable risk, or otherwise inappropriate.
If the potential winner does not timely satisfy the Zebra Option requirements, or if the Zebra Option cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the winner will receive the Education Award Option instead. No additional compensation will be provided.
8. State Rules, Entry Exclusions, and Zebra Option Limitations
The Sweepstakes is not open to Rhode Island residents and is void in Rhode Island, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Education Award Option remains available to all eligible winners under these Official Rules.
The Zebra Option is unavailable for any winner whose proposed zebra destination address is located in:
Hawaii;
Massachusetts;
New York City, New York;
Rhode Island;
Any U.S. territory or possession; or
Any state, county, city, municipality, HOA, rental property, private property, facility, zoning area, animal-control jurisdiction, or other destination where zebra possession, delivery, transfer, transport, housing, or ongoing care is prohibited, restricted, unavailable, unsafe, impractical, or inconsistent with animal welfare.
Alaska and Maryland require additional manual legal and operational review before Zebra Option fulfillment may be approved. A potential winner with a proposed zebra destination address in Alaska or Maryland may not receive the Zebra Option unless Sponsor, the prize vendor, the transporter, and any required authorities determine that fulfillment is lawful, safe, practical, available, and consistent with animal welfare.
Florida and New York are included under the current structure only because the total announced prize value is capped at $4,500. If Sponsor adds runner-up prizes, gift cards, additional awards, additional prize options, or any other prize value that causes the aggregate announced prize value to exceed $5,000, Florida and New York must be re-reviewed before launch or before any expanded prize structure is announced.
Even where a state is listed as included or conditional in the State Treatment Schedule, Sponsor must screen the potential winner’s actual proposed destination address before confirming Zebra Option fulfillment. County, city, zoning, HOA, landlord, property, animal-control, veterinary, animal-entry, animal-health, transport, vendor, premises, or animal-welfare requirements may block Zebra Option fulfillment. If any such issue applies, Sponsor may award the Education Award Option instead.
The following schedule is incorporated into these Official Rules:

9. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about September 8, 2026, Sponsor or Sponsor’s administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “eligible entries” means complete entries submitted during the Promotion Period by entrants who satisfy the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules and who have not been disqualified under these Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including base entries, Activity Bonus Entries, and Free Bonus Entries.
Wild Zebra activity, leaderboard rank, streaks, badges, minutes, progress, or recognition status do not count as entries except to the extent they generate Activity Bonus Entries under Section 4.2.
10. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days after Sponsor sends the notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to complete required documents, declines the prize, or is otherwise disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
11. Winner Documents
Before being declared the winner, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign, notarize if requested, and return documents requested by Sponsor within seven (7) business days after Sponsor sends the documents, unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in writing. Required documents may include:
Affidavit of eligibility;
Liability release;
Publicity release, where lawful;
IRS Form W-9;
Prize election form;
Education Award payment form, if applicable;
Zebra Option Rider, if applicable;
Animal-care, facility, permitting, and transport documentation, if applicable;
Assumption-of-risk documentation, if applicable;
Tax documentation; and
Any additional documentation required by Sponsor, prize vendor, tax advisor, sweepstakes administrator, or applicable law.
Failure to complete and return required documents by the stated deadline may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor will require a completed IRS Form W-9 before prize fulfillment and will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax documentation if required by law.
The value reported for tax purposes may be based on the Grand Prize option awarded, the approximate retail value, fair market value, or other amount determined by Sponsor in consultation with its tax advisor.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, statements, prize information, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
Sponsor will not require public disclosure of a child’s full name, school name, image, or direct personal identifier as a condition of prize acceptance.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:
https://wildzebra.com/useful-pages/privacy-policy
Information may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact entrants, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain records, conduct the random drawing, and, if entrant separately opts in, send marketing communications.
If an entrant chooses to earn Activity Bonus Entries through Wild Zebra use, Sponsor may use associated account activity, learning activity, learning interaction completion, session completion, streak, progress, and related product records to calculate Activity Bonus Entries, administer the Sweepstakes, prevent fraud, operate Leaderboard Features, verify eligibility, and comply with law, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable parental consent requirements.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to opt in to marketing communications. Any marketing opt-in checkbox must be optional and must not be pre-checked.
Children may not enter the Sweepstakes directly. Entry must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
15. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal restrictions, animal-welfare concerns, force majeure, platform failures, data failures, administrative errors, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive or abusive manner, provides false information, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, attempts to obtain entries through improper means, or acts in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that term.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize vendors, breeders, transporters, administrators, social media platforms, advertising platforms, technology vendors, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, transport, ownership, care, use, misuse, inability to use, or attempted use of any prize or prize option.
17. Platform Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Google, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, or any other social media, search, advertising, app, or technology platform on which it appears. By entering, entrants release those platforms from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.
18. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants, and the rights and obligations of Sponsor will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.
19. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Wild Zebra, Inc., 4311 11th Ave NE, 5th Floor, Seattle, WA 98105, with the subject line “Zebra Summer Slide Sweepstakes Winner List” by November 30, 2026.

Leaderboard Disclosure
The Wild Zebra leaderboard is for recognition and motivation. The Sweepstakes winner is selected by random drawing from eligible entries, not by leaderboard rank. Certain Wild Zebra activity displayed on or reflected in the leaderboard may also generate Activity Bonus Entries, subject to the limits in the Official Rules. Leaderboard rank, badges, streaks, minutes, session count, progress level, or recognition status do not provide additional entries beyond the Activity Bonus Entry limits in the Official Rules. You can receive the same maximum number of bonus entries without using Wild Zebra by using the Free Bonus Entry Method.
